Dark chocolate is a slightly bitter type of chocolate, of a deep brown color, without added milk. Most of the people say that it didn’t taste that good. Some say it was not satisfying at all. Hence, in my perspective, dark chocolate is my happy pill. Dark chocolate is known for it’s benefits. A dark chocolate a day will make your heart okay!
The bitter the chocolate, the better. Most of commercial brands secretly adds more sugar and milk that made dark chocolates have a little bit of sweetness. The lesser the sweetness, the purer the bar. That slightly bitter after taste of it declares its pureness. A true dark chocolate will never have sugar listed first in the ingredients.
Among those types of chocolates such as milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate and etc.. I gladly prefer the dark chocolate, the pure one not the one that’s processed with alkali (it is high in sugar). Most of the famous commercial brands tricks customers. That statement of “a hundred percent pure” was so confusing.
Every thing that is surplus will never be suitable. Though dark chocolate has a lot of benefits, having a pail of it will not do you any better. A minimal amount of intake each day will do.
Just remember that it’s packed. Look at each label and each ingredient. If you’re doubting even just a little, then don’t consume it And the most important of all, the expiration date. Read before you eat.
